The Air Hall
The Air Shelter is a new innovation to the sports industry. The Air Shelter is a quick and easy product to pop and is very simple to use. There are two varieties that we offer and they are double skin and single skin.
We use the Air Shelters for tennis, cricket, football and other sports. It is quick and simple to inflate and can be transported from place to place quite easily. The shelters provide a safe and dry environment to play sport in.
Single Skin Hall
The single skin hall is made from strong PVC and is tubular in looks. Once you have pumped the air in you do not need to have air constantly pumping. The tubes are air tight and as such can stay up for long periods of time. The roof fabric is sturdy white PVC allowing a good amount of light through while the windows are clear PVC and can be opened to allow more airflow around the Hall.
A standard half court air hall can be rolled out and inflated in less than an hour.
Double Skin Air Hall
The double skin Air Hall is a constant air dome. This product is a tubular system again and the tubes are around 1.2m wide. By have a double skin Air Shelter it will reduce any condensation that may occur in a double skin, it will give you a better insulation against the cold and can stay up for longer.
With the double skin Air Hall you need constant air pumping thought the chambers. A standard tennis court once inflated would need around 5 – 6 standard fans. The inflation time of a double skin Air Hall for a full size tennis court is around 30 minutes.
The double skin Air Hall is made from heavy duty PVC and will last a long time.
If ground conditions permit, we can install a series of Ground Anchors instead of a concrete ring beam. This is ideal where a dome is being added to existing courts. The disruption of digging a trench and getting rid of the soil is avoided, and costs are slightly less than a ring beam.
