Relationship Guide

Here at Stuart Canvas we pride ourselves on customer care and feel it is important to set out and help customers understand the process from start to finish. Below is the process we follow to ensure your Stuart Canvas experience is a good one.

  • First enquiry – In person, by phone or E-Mail
    • At this stage we will try and gain as much information from you as we can.
    • We will book a site visit at a time to suit you.
  • Site visit – In person
    • A site survey will be completed and a design brief will be agreed.
  • Quote – E-Mail or post
    • Your quote will be put together taking into account your site specific requirements. This will be E-Mailed to you and a quotation pack will be posted.
  • Order form – E-Mail or post
    • An order form must be completed and returned to us.
  • Order confirmation – E-Mail or phone
    • Job mobilisation
    • Start date confirmed.
  • Commencement of work – In person
    • Handover of site from the club to SCP. Work can then begin.
    • Updates to club from the site foreman on request (daily).
  • Practical completion checks – In person
    • All checks to be done by project manager with the site foreman.
    • Snags to be completed before sign off of project.
    • Handover of product to customer (ready for use).
    • Sign off and hand back the site to the customer.
  • Follow up checks – E-Mail, phone or in person
    • To check there have been no issues (normally after 3 months)
