Stuart Canvas Products is the leading supplier of mobile pitch covers in the country. During the last 20 years we have designed and manufactured mobile covers for every County Cricket Club.
Our original design has been modified and improved over the years, taking into account suggestions from club and county groundsmen.
Once again in 2010 we made a couple of improvements to the covers to make it easier for the groundsmen to work with.
Bearing in mind that most clubs employ a maximum of one groundsman (or none at all), it is imperative that the individual sections of the mobile cover are easily manoeuvrable. The main benefits of our mobile cover are:
Unit - Mild Steel Frame and Integral Gutters with E.R.W. box tube. Three units, each 25 feet long by 12 feet wide.
Cover - White, Blue, Red, Translucent or Green PVC UV Stabilized with overlaps between the units to stop any water getting in between the units.
Wheels - Four wheels per section, 2 swivel and 2 fixed.
Gutters - Integral with an excellent system of pipes and hoses.
Pipes - We supply 60m of hosing with the cost of the covers. This is supplied in two 30m rolls which then can be cut on site to make sure you get the exact lengths you require for each outlet
Side sheets - Side and bowlers run up sheets can easily be attached to the mobile covers. All mobiles covers come with ready to go side sheet attachments in case you wish to buy the covers seperatly the next year.
Advertising - The Cover tops provide and excellent opportunity for advertising
Assembly - We will assemble your mobile covers on site

More technical information on our mobile covers
The mobile pitch cover also provides an excellent opportunity for advertising as a sponsor’s name or logo can be printed on the cover (s) before leaving the factory. Alternatively, we can print the required design onto a flat section of ‘canvas’ which can be placed and secured on top of the roof of each section at your ground.
If you have any doubts as to the type of covering which may be suitable for your ground, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the situation, or even visit you if appropriate, and advise on the best course of action. There is no obligation on your part whatsoever. Simply contact us by phone, fax or e-mail, or complete the ‘Contact Us’ section on this website.
